1 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "Platform" means the td333 website accessible at td333.io and all associated sub-pages, services, and features.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player to access td333 services.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's td333 account at any given time, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the td333 Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the Services, you confirm that you have read and fully understood this Agreement and agree to be legally bound by it. This acceptance is effective from the moment you first access the Platform.

This Agreement supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, whether electronic, oral, or written, between you and td333 regarding the Services. td333 reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. 3 Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to and use of the td333 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. td333 is an adults-only platform. Registration, deposit, or participation in any game by any person under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not on behalf of any commercial or professional enterprise.

• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

4 Account Registration

To access the full range of td333 Services, Players must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• Each Player is permitted to hold one single account on the Platform. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts, whether under the same name, the same contact details, or the same payment method, is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). td333 strongly recommends the use of a unique, complex password and enabling all available two-factor authentication features.

• Your account name and registered payment methods must match. td333 may refuse withdrawals where the account holder's name does not correspond to the name on the payment instrument used for deposits.
• td333 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights therein to any third party.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the td333 Platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are supported for deposits and withdrawals:

• Nagad — mobile financial service (MFS)
• Rocket — mobile financial service by Dutch-Bangla Bank
• Upay — mobile financial service
• Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards (where applicable)

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your td333 balance within 30 seconds. td333 does not charge processing fees on deposits; however, your MFS provider may apply their own standard transaction charges.

Withdrawals: td333 processes standard withdrawal requests within one to four hours during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to verification checks. td333 does not charge withdrawal processing fees.

Players may only withdraw funds that have been legitimately won through gameplay. Deposited funds must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal request will be accepted, unless td333 explicitly states otherwise in a specific promotion's terms. Bonus funds are subject to separate wagering requirements as described in Section 6.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

td333 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback deals, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), and other culturally significant occasions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate Bonus Balance within your account. Real-money balance is used for betting before Bonus Balance, unless stated otherwise in specific promotion terms.

• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts constitutes a breach of this Agreement.
• Bonuses are not redeemable for cash prior to the satisfaction of all applicable wagering requirements.
• td333 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honoring commitments already made to Players who have accepted and acted on an offer in good faith.

Specific terms for individual promotions are published alongside each offer in the Player's account dashboard. In the event of any conflict between the general terms in this section and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the td333 Platform. Game-specific rules for individual products (cricket betting markets, live casino table games, slot titles, crash games) are published separately within the relevant game or betting interface.

• All bets are final once confirmed. td333 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the Platform, except where td333 exercises its discretion in cases of obvious system errors.
• td333 reserves the right to void any bet placed at erroneous odds that materially differ from the true market price due to a technical or human error. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the Player's balance.
• In the event of a disputed game outcome, the result recorded by td333's system logs and, where applicable, the third-party game provider's certified record shall be definitive and binding.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the td333 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one account on the Platform (multi-accounting).
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or any verification process.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage. Players who discover a technical error must report it to support and must not exploit it further.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the td333 Platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of td333 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of td333.

12 Limitation of Liability

td333's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

13 Account Suspension & Termination

td333 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activity as described in Section 8.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the time period specified by td333.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months without any login, deposit, or betting activity.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Instruction from a relevant regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Players may close their own account at any time by contacting td333 support. Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds or funds under investigation) will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Accounts closed for cause may have their balance withheld pending investigation.

14 Amendments to These Terms

td333 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time.
